Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains how SOLVD LLC uses cookies and similar browser storage on the Ivan Tesolkin Consulting website. Optional analytics is off unless you accept it. Meta advertising measurement operates separately as described below and is disabled by a browser Global Privacy Control signal.
1. Essential storage
Essential storage supports core website behavior and does not require optional analytics consent:
ita-consent-v1records whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected so the banner does not appear on every visit;- session attribution records preserve first-touch, last-touch, and relevant page-view context for an assessment request during the current browser session; and
- security and delivery infrastructure may use short-lived technical records needed to route traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Local storage remains until it is cleared or replaced. Session storage normally ends when the browser session ends.
2. Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics may collect page views, interactions, approximate technical information, and campaign attribution. Those optional analytics scripts are not loaded before acceptance.
The site also counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type in aggregate; visitors are counted with an identifier that resets every day, so a visit cannot be linked to you over time.
Because this website and its paid campaigns are directed to the United States, Meta Pixel may measure page views and accepted requests to attribute and evaluate advertising independently of the optional analytics choice. It may create or read identifiers such as_fbp and, after a Meta ad click, _fbc. The site also preserves campaign and click context such asfbclid for request attribution. After an accepted request, the site may also send the matching Lead event server-to-server through Meta Conversions API. That event may use hashed contact identifiers, event and source metadata, browser or click identifiers, IP address, and user agent for attribution; it does not include free-text form answers or CRM notes. Meta Pixel and server-side Meta events are both disabled when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
The consent attached to a request form authorizes review and response to that request. It does not control Meta advertising measurement or replace the separate optional-analytics choice in this banner.
3. Scheduling
Calendly is loaded only after you choose to book a call. Its embedded booking page may use cookies or similar technologies needed to show availability, prevent abuse, and complete the booking. Calendly handles those technologies under its own privacy and cookie terms.
4. Managing preferences
Use "Reject optional" or "Accept optional" in the banner. You can later select "Cookie preferences" in the footer to reopen the choice. Clearing site data in your browser also clears the stored preference.
When the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics is treated as rejected, Meta Pixel is disabled, and the banner is not shown.
5. Browser controls
Browsers can block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking essential storage may cause preferences or request attribution to be lost, but the public content should remain available.
6. Changes and questions
This policy may change when storage or analytics behavior changes. Review the updated date above for the current version. For information about submitted form data, see the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent through the request page.
