Commercial representation

I represent your company and bring you deals to sign.

I find the buyers and partners, open the conversation and stay in it through the negotiation, so what reaches you is a deal you can accept or turn down. Prices, contracts and the final yes are yours.

I handle the deal up to the signature.

  1. 01

    Find

A short list of companies that could buy from you, and the person who decides in each.

  2. 02

    Introduce

A first meeting with that person, arranged by me.

  3. 03

    Talk

Conversations run on your behalf, in the meetings you approved, and a note after each on what was said.

  4. 04

    Negotiate

A negotiation kept moving, with answers from both sides.

  5. 05

    You sign

You decide the price, approve the contract and make the final call.

Hand over one step or all four.

Same line, shorter or longer, depending on the job. I work with companies that sell to other companies, in any industry.

Where it works.

Into the US

You make something in Ukraine or Europe and want American buyers, distributors or business partners.

  • American buyers and distributors for your product
  • Manufacturers and suppliers you would work with
  • The person on their side who makes the decision

Into Ukraine

You are a US or European company and want to sell, partner or produce in Ukraine.

  • Ukrainian buyers, manufacturers and integrators, and who you would actually be dealing with
  • The way through Brave1, Ukraine’s state defense-tech cluster: registration, testing, grants
  • Ukrainian export rules, approvals and paperwork, and who answers which question

Inside one market

You are a US company that wants buyers or partners in the US, or a Ukrainian one that wants them in Ukraine.

  • The same work, with no border in it
  • Buyers, distributors and partners you do not reach yourself
  • A deal brought to the table for you to accept or turn down

In Ukraine the process is where most months go, so I explain how it works and go through it with you. More on Brave1 and on the Ukrainian export rules.

Why you can hand this to me.

Since 2017 I have had 42 clients, seven engagements with defense and aerospace companies among them.

For a European defense and aerospace group a one-off sale became a partnership with local production rights. For an aircraft dealer I built three long-term international partnerships in place of one-off resale deals. I also work with Ukrainian defense tech companies and with Ukrainian military units.

What owners ask first.

Do you sign contracts or set prices for me?

No. You approve the price, the contract and anything that commits your company. I handle the conversations you asked me to handle.

What exactly do you cover?

Before I start, you and I write down the products, countries and companies I cover. If something new comes up, I bring it to you first.

Which countries do you work in?

Mostly the United States and Ukraine, with Europe on either side: Ukrainian and European companies looking for American buyers and partners, and US companies looking for buyers, partners or producers in Ukraine. I also work inside one market, for example a US company selling to US buyers. For another country, I look at the product and the job first.

Can you help a US company with Brave1 and Ukrainian paperwork?

Yes. I explain how the process works, tell you which approvals matter for your product and who issues them, and go through it with you step by step. The legal and customs filings are done by a Ukrainian lawyer or customs broker, and I make sure you know what to ask them.

Is this lead generation?

No. I find the person who decides, talk to them, and stay involved after the introduction.

How is this different from hiring a salesperson or signing a distributor?

A salesperson is on your payroll and a distributor sells for itself, on its own terms. I take on a defined piece of your selling from outside, without joining your company, and you keep every final decision.

If the problem is inside the business, in pricing, operations or suppliers, start with business consulting. If you build defense, aerospace or dual-use hardware, the defense tech practice covers production and the route to a buyer.
