Website Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the Ivan Tesolkin Consulting website. The website is operated by SOLVD LLC.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to this website and its public content. They do not govern a paid consulting engagement. Any consulting work will be governed by a separately signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the engagement.
2. Informational content only
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a recommendation tailored to a visitor’s circumstances. Decisions should not be made solely in reliance on website content.
Articles on defense, dual-use and export topics are commercial analysis written by a business advisor. Ivan Tesolkin is not an export-control lawyer, a licensed arms broker, or an engineer, and nothing on the website is a legal opinion on export controls, sanctions, licensing, or the technical conformity of any product. Those questions belong with qualified counsel and the relevant authorities.
3. No consulting relationship
Viewing the website, sending an assessment request, completing a private pre-call brief, or receiving an initial response does not create a client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or exclusive relationship with SOLVD LLC or Ivan Tesolkin. A consulting engagement begins only when the parties sign a written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, and other applicable terms.
4. Assessment requests and communications
Information submitted through the request form must be accurate and submitted by a person authorized to provide it. The form is not a secure channel for trade secrets, account credentials, payment-card information, health information, or other highly sensitive material. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Submission permits SOLVD LLC to assess and respond to the request. It is not consent to unrelated promotional email. A submission does not require either party to proceed, and no response time, availability, or acceptance is guaranteed unless confirmed in a separate writing.
5. Case studies and results
Case studies describe specific work performed in specific circumstances. Results depend on the client’s starting position, data quality, market conditions, implementation, measurement method, and other factors. A past result or individual case is not a promise, warranty, or guarantee of a future outcome.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original text, design, graphics, methods, and other content are owned by or licensed to SOLVD LLC. Visitors may view and make a reasonable internal reference copy of public content. Reproduction, republication, sale, modification, or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits the use. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to the website, its infrastructure, or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or evade reasonable security controls; or
- impersonate another person or submit information without authority.
8. Third-party services and materials
The website may link to third-party sites, platforms, files, or services. Those resources are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement, and SOLVD LLC is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or security.
9. Website availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVD LLC disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVD LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to the website or these terms
The website may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Any revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Privacy and contact
Review the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about data handling and optional analytics. Until a dedicated legal contact is published, general website questions may be sent through the assessment request page.
