I’ll look at what you send before contacting you, including any numbers you include. My reply will either suggest a time to talk or ask for the one piece of information I’m missing. I usually reply within a few working hours. The first call is free and takes about an hour. If I don’t think I’m the right person for the problem, I’ll tell you instead of selling you a review.
