Context
Filka Life is a global canine sperm bank built on cryopreservation and genetic validation, founded by veterinary scientists. At the start it was one founder’s idea with two investors behind it. The science was serious, and it was the only thing there.
Lead with lab language in this category and most customers either check out or start picturing something strange. Simplify too hard and you strip out the credibility the proposition rests on.
Diagnosis
Three audiences with different worries had to share one site. A breeder cares about genetic quality and provenance. A clinic cares about process and reliability. An owner cares whether this is a responsible thing to do at all.
One page had to answer all three without picking a side, because in this category losing any of them costs you the other two: breeders check what clinics think, and owners check both.
Results
The work was translation. Cryopreservation and DNA validation described in terms of what the customer gets, not what happens in the freezer.
The website ran about two months from March 2022, from briefing through concept, designer, review, and handover to build. The advisory relationship has continued since, informally, and no sales or funding outcome is claimed from it.
