One page had to convince a breeder, a vet clinic, and a worried pet owner, all at once.
A breeder, a vet clinic and a pet owner had to read the same page and each feel it was written for them.
Filka Life is a global canine sperm bank built on cryopreservation and genetic validation, founded by veterinary scientists. Lead with the lab language this category runs on and most people either check out or start picturing something strange. Strip the language down too far to avoid that, and the credibility the whole proposition depends on goes with it.
The harder problem sat underneath the writing itself: three different people had to read the same single page and each come away satisfied. A breeder cares about genetic quality and provenance. A veterinary clinic cares about process and reliability. A pet owner cares about something neither of the other two is worried about at all: whether doing this is a responsible thing to do in the first place.

The work was translation, not simplification. Cryopreservation and DNA validation described in terms of what the customer gets, not what happens in the freezer.
From the engagement record
The site went from briefing to concept to designer to review to handover, across about two months starting in March 2022. The advisory relationship with the founder that started around it has continued since, informally, for years past the original scope — no sales or funding outcome is claimed from it.
